Hope these wellness tips give you some ideas and that you'll try one or more every week. Slowly enhance your wellness and you'll have more energy, look better and feel better!
 
*  Move away from meat and towards more fresh fruits and vegetables 
 
*  Drink 8-10 glasses of filtered or distilled water every day
 
*  Do some form of exercise every day and vary it: try---dancing, walking, swimming, biking, gardening for starters
 
*  Don't drink caffeine
 
*  Avoid watching or reading stimulating material, be on the Internet or phone for 1 hour before bedtime; take that time to wind down, read a poem or something inspirational, get and give hugs or a massage, be thankful
 
*  Seek out and use environmentally safe cleansers and pest-reducers
 
*  Find at least ten minutes a day to enjoy a sunset or sunrise, take a stroll, enjoy a flower or tree, read a poem, tell someone you love them
 
*  Find your life's purpose and move in that direction
 
*  Find a way to work for world peace
