like Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Helen Keller, Madame Curie, Jesus, Susan B. Anthony, Mother Teresa, and many more have changed
We can too.

Here is a list of some of the things I've done
to make the world better:
Published a Wellness Newsletter since 1980
Brought injured birds to the animal shelter
Adopted a dog from the Humane Society
Pick up plastic, bottles,
cans, and other garbage people leave on the beach every morning - plastic in the water is a major problem. If we
don't stop using plastic and throwing it on the ground, in a few years, there will be more plastic than fish in the oceans!
We need to be petitioning the giants of soft drinks and water to stop using plastic!
Became vegan and grow some of my food, including lettuces, herbs,
fruit trees and sprouts. The
raising of cattle, pigs, and chicken to eat is expensive, creates a life of living in a cage where they can't even
lie down and suffer from infection and too many antibiotics that you eat when you eat animals, and results in animal wastes
being put into our rivers and oceans. Eating animals is associated with shorter life and many medical conditions. We most
stop, but how will we do this? Your ideas are needed.

to solar or wind when possible and nudge your power company to get with it.
We never put anything but human waste down our toilets or sinks and don't take drugs. Consider alternative
treatments for conditions, eating better, use stress management approaches, exercise daily, and go to bed by 9 pm.
Check the list to your left for alternative approaches to what ails you. If depressed, volunteering is at the top
of the list as a useful treatment.

surprising how good I feel after taking one of the actions above. it's empowering. It burns away any tension
