Letting Go of the Past
 
Does the past keep drawing you back, even though you know living in the moment is the most healthy thing you can do?
 
Try this simple meditation. Read it as you begin your day to provide inspiration and blessings.
 
The past is over and done.
It has gone back to become something new and wonderful.
I am free.
I have a new sense of pride and self-worth.
I am confident in my abilities to love and support myself.
I am capable of positive growth and change.
I am strong.
I am united with all of life.
I am one with the Universal power and intelligence.
Divine wisdom leads me and guides me every step of the way.
I am safe and secure as I move forward to my highest good.
I do this with ease and joy
I am a new person, living in a world of my choosing.
I am deeply grateful for all that I have and for all that I am.
I am blessed and prosperous in every way.
All is well in my world.

Prosperity
 
Say aloud the following meditation daily and watch your prosperity increase:
 
I do not depend on persons or conditions for my supply. God (or the Universal Spirit or whatever you believe in) is the source of my supply, and is constantly opening new channels of prosperity to me.
 
I am open and receptive to my highest good now.
 
From all points of the universe, unlimited supply is crowding upon me now.
 
I thank the universe (or God) for an unlimited increase in money, mind and affairs.
 
I give thanks that the university spirit of prosperity is providing richly for me now.
 
While saying the meditation aloud, picture prosperity flying toward you in whatever images are relevant for you.

Living in the Moment
 
It's easy to get caught up in what happened yesterday, last month, last year, or when you were a child. It's even easier to think about what's going to happen in the future.
 
What if...
 
     instead of living in a past or future moment, you focused on taking a deep breath and enjoying the sights, sounds, smells, and sensations of this moment?
 
     Your vision gets clearer, your breathing becomes deeper and more relaxed and your muscles lose any extra tension. Your digestive processes and circulation improve. Your hands and feet tingle with life. You feel really, truly and happily alive!
 
Take a moment now to live in the present. Seeing, hearing, smelling, and feeling only what is with you now. Let life reach you from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.
 
Make a vow to live more moments in the present!

WELLNESS MESSAGE:
 
SELF-HEALING
 
Do you suffer from a chronic ailment or acute conditions that seem to come one after the other? Maybe you get colds or the flu, or an ache or pain here or there.
 
Within in you is a healing kit to rival any physician's!
 
All you have to do is tap into it and your quality of life will increase.
 
What do you have to do first?
 
Most often, we have to get out of our own way. Often, we let our brain worry us, nag us, and provide us with negative thoughts. All of these actions reduce your healing ability, so you must learn to quiet your mind and body and healing will occur.
 
Close your eyes and picture what's going on inside you.
 
Give yourself a message to calm your mind and body, let them relax and do the work they were created to do.
 
For a daily source of healing, repeat these words and picture what they say prior to going to sleep and when you awake in the morning:
 
My feet are relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my feet.
 
My ankles are relaxing, the white light of peace and healing covers my ankles.
 
My calves are relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my thighs.
 
My knees are relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my knees.
 
My hips are relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my hips.
 
My internal body organs are relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my body organs.
 
My spine is relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my spine.
 
My face is relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my face.
 
My brain is relaxing. The white light of peace and healing covers my brain.
